Overall U.S. construction employment is not quite back to pre-COVID levels, but the recovery continues. With respect to Georgia, construction employment has almost fully recovered.
However, U.S. residential construction has already exceeded pre-COVID levels and is continuing to grow as more people move toward home as a work location.
In Georgia, residential construction is also showing signs of a complete rebound as residential building permits are well ahead of pre-COVID levels.
